Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. During peak seasons or sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS or email.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping charges vary based on destination and order size.  Any applicable customs duties or taxes must be borne by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Exchange
  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Sarees must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must be intact and packaging original
Not Eligible for Return
  • Customized or blouse-stitched sarees
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to washing, mishandling, or improper storage

Approved returns are processed as store credit or refund to the original
payment method, as per eligibility.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Customized and made-to-order sarees cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refunds are initiated only after successful return pickup and quality inspection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We collect only the information necessary to process your order. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All transactions are secured using encrypted payment gateways, and we do not store your card or UPI details.

Product images are for representational purposes. Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions or screen resolution.

Yes, Premira reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failures, or logistical constraints. Prices, availability, and designs may change without prior notice.
